Kimono hakkında bilgi
Kimono [[Japonya]]’da, kadın, erkek herkesin giydiği uzun kollu ve uzun etekli bir elbise. Japonların milli giyeceklerindendir. Osmanlılardaki kaftana benzer. Kimono, dikişi arkaya gelen iki kumaş parçasından ibarettir. Kolları oldukça geniştir. Bele, “obi” adı verilen kuşak sarılır ve kimono böylece sıkıştırılır. Eskisi gibi Japonya’da kullanılmıyorsa da Avrupa’da moda ceryanlarına tesir ettiği görülmektedir.
