Proforma fatura, herhangi bir malın kesin satışından evvel fiyat ve evsafını göstermek için, satıcı veya imalâtçı işletme tarafından, almak isteyene verilen fatura. (Bu çeşit faturalar kesin alış ve satış taahhüdünü ifade etmez, teklif mektubu mahiyetindedir. Proforma olduğu fatura üzerinde belirtilir.Bu konuda henüz görüş yok.
