"The Beginning" - (Başlangıç) || 10 Ağustos, 2001 ||align="center"| 101 ||align="center"| I |- |colspan="4"| The Beginning starts out showing an odd looking tree or tree stump on a dead and deserted hilltop. The sun begins to be eclipsed by a black and then shocks the stump with what looks like red electricity. The stump then loses it's roots and grows extremely tall. The black orb then moves away from the sun and the stump, now Aku, turns and says "Once again I am free to smite the world as I did in days long past." Then it shows Jack's father telling Jack about how he imprisoned Aku by using the sword that three magic monks forged. After the story Jack begins to play with his wooden sword. Aku then comes to the town and the villagers try to stop him from attacking with all their ammo but is useless as the hold no affect on him and are fired straight back. Jacks father attempts to use the sword the monks made but is grabbed by Aku before he can reach it. He then tells his wife to 'do what they had planed'. She then takes Jack and the sword and places Jack on a large ship. Jack then begins to train around the world. Learning Astrology on the ship, Horseback riding in India, Fighting with long sticks in Southern Africa, Studying in Egypt, Hand-to-Hand combat in Rome, Archery with Robin Hood, Sailing with Vikings, Ax throwing in Russia, and Training with Monks. He then comes to were his mother is staying and receives his father's sword. He practices with it before returning to his homeland. When he returns he finds that his village has been taken over by Aku and his father has been forced to push a totem of Aku by himself. Jack stops a guard from whipping his father, a punishment for drinking water when not aloud, and defeats many of them. His father tells him about how Aku has enslaved his village and forced them to work and gather the resources of the land to make himself more powerful so he can take over the world and that the sword is only a weapon and that he mustn't relay on it too much. Jack rides off to defeat Aku telling his father that he won't fail him but his father says out of Jack's hearing range "You will my son for evil finds a way." When he arrives at Aku's lair he sees that there is a mist that is full of demons that he has to avoid. When he reaches the cave where Aku duels he summons him by yelling out his name. Aku comes forth and asks who Jack is and Jack tells him that he is 'the son of the land he has pillaged' and that he's come to take his home back. Aku then laughs at him calling him a fool and saying that he can't be harmed by mortals. Jack then strikes him while he's off-guard cutting his side. Aku then says he remembers the sword and by that knows who Jack is but still says that he cannot be defeated. As they fight Aku transforms into creatures that resemble a gorilla, scorpion, octopus, goat, and bird.
