Dear Madam/Sir, I'm writing to you to ask for your help. As you might guess by my surname I'm a successor of a jewish sephardic family. One of my ancestors was Solomon Ereza, who according to the information available to me was born in Istanbul and later left Turkey and settled in the U.S. where became a Rabbi of the Sephardic Synagogue of the Nation's Capital in Washington D.C. I'm looking for Mr. Solomon Ereza certificate of birth or any similar document and would really appreciate any help or advice where and how I could try to trace the required document/information or any other relevant information regarding the "Ereza" family.
